Staff Welfare

The Staff Welfare Committee is the committee most broadly and directly responsible for representing faculty concerns. A vibrant committee, its principal goal is to facilitate effective participation by the faculty in the conduct of College business and to bring issues of faculty concern to the attention of other committees.

Don Bosco College believes that its staff members are the backbone of its educational process. Therefore, the College values them most and does everything possible to see them grow happy in their personal as well as professional life. The governance of the college is always ready to listen to the problems and needs of each and every staff.

Some of the welfare schemes for staff development are:

  • Staff’s birth days are celebrated every month.
