A one-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was conducted at Don Bosco College, Dharmapuri. Rev. Dr. Robert Ramesh Babu, SDB, the college secretary, led the session on the theme "Working Together – Happily." Through group discussions and reflections, the session proved highly effective in preparing the faculty for the academic year. The engaging and interactive approach made it a meaningful and enjoyable experience for all participants.
